Towards a Welsh Planning Act: call for evidence
With the advent of the Welsh Government’s primary policy making power, comes a review of current legislation. The Independent Advisory Group set-up to review the planning system has now called for views and opinions from the public on making planning easier to understand and use. This is a great opportunity to have a say on the future of the planning system in Wales.

The consultation opened on the 11th of November 2011 and will close on the 3rd of February 2012.
O ganlyniad i bwerau newydd Lywodraeth Cymru bydd yna adolygiad deddfwriaeth Cymraeg. Mae’r Grwp Cynghori Annibynnol wedi sefydlu i gynnal adolygiad y system cynllunio wedi galw am syniadau a barn o’r cyhoedd ar sut i wneud yn haws deall a defnyddio’r system gynllunio. Mae hyn yn cyfle arbennig i gael dweud ar dyfodol y system gynllunio yng Nghymru.
