HR Adviser Required: Employment Handbook Review

Planning Aid Wales is seeking an experienced HR adviser or employment law specialist to review and update its employment handbook and staff policies.

The work will include reviewing the current handbook, checking alignment with staff contracts, and existing practice, updating policies to reflect current employment law, and preparing mental health and menopause policies.

We are particularly interested in advisers with experience of supporting small charities, third sector organisations or SMEs in Wales.

Interested advisers should provide a short summary of experience, proposed approach, timescale, and fee.
