Planning Enforcement in Practice

This course will build on our ‘Introduction to Enforcement’ taught course, this interactive workshop will explore several real enforcement cases to help participants to understand how enforcement matters are considered and identify the key issues that need to be considered when pursuing or challenging enforcement action.
